Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creates, develops a calendar and plans a holistic development program for student-athletes, including but not limited to personal development, professional development, career development, financial literacy, sexual violence prevention, drug and alcohol education, networking, community service, leadership and mentorship programs.

• Manages the holistic development program to enhance student-athlete experience and enable student-athletes to grow in various areas during their time at the University of Hawai‘i at M?noa.

• Collaborates with campus constituencies and athletics department areas to maximize resources, offerings, education and opportunities for engagements for student-athletes.

• Establishes department-wide, group and individual sessions, to work with teams and individuals in assessing interests and needs. Develops programming that addresses the development and growth of all student-athletes and offers opportunities within the State
